After your application to Discovery has been accepted, you will be required to fill out the registration forms for your child's upcoming class:

You must download the file first and then view the Registration Packet in Adobe Reader.​ 

Do not try and view the Registration Packet using your web browser. (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE)

TWO'S REGISTRATION

To download the 2016-2017 Registration Packet for the TWOs class, RIGHT click your mouse here and "SAVE LINK AS..." to your computer.   Once it has downloaded and been saved to your computer, Open ADOBE Reader.  Open the TWO's registration file using ADOBE Reader.  Select the individual documents you wish to print.

TTH, MWF AND MTTH REGISTRATION

To download the 2016-2017 Registration Packet for the TTH, MWF and MTTH classes RIGHT click your mouse here and "SAVE LINK AS..." to your computer.   Once it has downloaded and been saved to your computer, Open ADOBE Reader.  Open the registration file using ADOBE Reader.  Select the individual documents you wish to print.
